SERVICE AREA #3 - SNOWBIRD
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2012, annual meeting schedule of the Board of Trustees of Salt Lake County Service Area No. 3 -Snowbird, Salt Lake County, Utah is as follows:
REGULAR MEETINGS shall be held once per month on the Third Tuesday of each month with the exception of the December meeting and shall commence at the hour of 12:00 P.M. in the Service Area Office, which is located in the Salt Lake County Service Area #3 - Snowbird Fire Station/Community Center, Snowbird Resort, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Salt Lake County, Utah.

Tuesday, February 21, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, March 20, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, April 17, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, May 15, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, June 19, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, July 17, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, August 21, 12:00.P.M.
Tuesday, September 18, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, October 16, 12:00 P.M.
Tuesday, November 20, 12:00 P.M.

Notice is further given that all meetings of the Board of Trustees of said Service Area No. 3 are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-4 and 52-4-5, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended.
A written agenda of each open meeting of the Board will be posted not less than 24 hours before each meeting on the bulletin board in the Service Area Fire Station/Community Center and at other areas within the Service Area, Snowbird, Utah.
When emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may require it, the Board of Trustees may hold additional meetings from those regularly scheduled. In such cases, the best practicable notice will be given of the date, time and place of such meetings.
