BOARD OF TRUSTEE'S
WORK SESSION-MEETING MINUTES
May 15th, 2009
at the Forklift Restaurant, Snowbird Resort, Snowbird, Utah.

EXCUSED: Annamarie Borgione/Chairman
The clerk will deliver copies of the items discussed at this work session meeting to Ms. Borgione.
The work session meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. Mr. Hanson provided the attending trustees with the following items for discussion.
1. Trustees were given copies of the April 21st, 2009 board meeting minutes/May 19th, 2009 meeting agenda and April 17th 2009 work session meeting minutes.
2. Inn water line break- Details of this incident were discussed with attending trustees.
3. Mr. Hanson discussed a broken water lateral at Village of Sugarplum-Unit #15.
4. Customer request received regarding increase of annual discount.
5. Water operator test results for R.J. Hannah and K. Hunsaker
6. Mr. Hanson provided an update to the trustees on the Town of Alta – Bay City Mine treatment plant.
7. Mr. Hanson will discuss the Policies and Procedure revisions with Mark Anderson.
8. Legrand Bitter with the Utah Association of Special Districts will be presenting the annual required trustee training after the regular board meeting on May 19th, 2009.
9. Mr. Hanson reminded the attending trustees per our Service Area By-Laws, it is necessary to appoint a vice chairman.
10. Ross Youngberg with Hansen, Barnett & Maxwell will be at the June 16, 2009 board meeting to present the audited 2008 financial statements with the board of trustees.
11. Mr. Hanson has hired Daniel Spor as a night operator to fill in for R.J. Hannah during the summer.
12 Recent power outage in the Snowbird village.
13. Mr. Hanson discussed pilot testing of Granular Titanium Oxide for water treatment in the Hellgate Reservoir.
