The work session meeting commenced at 11:40 a.m. Mr. Hanson provided the attending trustees with the following items for discussion.

Trustees were given copies of the December 4^th, 2009 Work Session Meeting Minutes as well as the December 8^th, 2009 Board Meeting Minutes.

1. Board members signed their Service Area identification cards for the clerk, which will be taken to Alphagraphics for trimming and lamination.

2. The new accounting computer has been delivered, although has not been set up as yet. The current accounting computer has experienced a hard drive failure and is non operational at this time.

3. Salt Lake City approved an additional 50 million gallons for snowmaking. To date Snowbird has used 89 million gallons of snowmaking water.

4. Mr. Hanson has received vehicle quotes for a new Service Area truck from Dodge and Chevrolet, but has not heard back from Ford. These companies hold the State contract. Mr. Hanson is currently looking at a 2009 with a utility bed.

5. Mr. Hanson narrated an account of the Mid-Gad sewer line break, which began on December 28, 2009. Mr. Hanson and crew worked long hours for several days to repair the damaged pipe in Gad Valley.

6. Bay City is operating well and recently Mr. Hanson was joined by the inventor of the gto media, Waterford Systems, Pureflow and Eva Neminski from the State of Utah to tour this facility.

7. Mr. Hanson has not been contacted regarding the Patsy Marley issue, although he has been contacted by Salt Lake City regarding an application submitted for water rights for a 40 acre lake in Cardifff Fork. Responses need to in to the State of Utah-Division of Water Rights by January 19, 2010. Board member received copies of this application and photos to review. Mr. Hanson will draft a letter for the board to review at the regular board meeting.

There being no further business to be discussed the work session meeting closed at 12:30 p.m.
