The work session meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. Mr. Hanson provided the attending trustees with the following items for discussion.

Trustees were given copies of the October 20^th, 2009 board meeting minutes.

1. Mr. Hanson updated the board on the recent water line break in front of the maintenance shop and the fact that water usage has dropped significantly.

2. Summer projects are near completion. Still pending is the painting of the filter vessels in the treatment plant. This project may not take place this year.

3. Clerk posted Resolution: 2009-5-Public notice-No election to be held within Service Area boundaries at 7 locations.

4. Mr. Hanson is still negotiating the monthly rate for Seven Summits with Lee Herron.

5. Mr. Hanson informed board of water overages for Peter Cocoziello in Superior Point.

6. Mark Anderson is finalizing the Policies and Procedures manual. Board may review at the December 8^th, 2009 board meeting.

7. Bay City Mine treatment plant is operating well. Tests results have been satisfactory.

8. Filter #2 in the treatment plant seems to be operating better now that the plant has been backwashed.

9. Mr. Hanson discussed treatment plant upgrades/modifications for 2010, such as valve actuation, flow metering, a new under drain system and eliminating parts of the plant which are not being used.

10. A recent evaluation of the Mid-Gad water system resulted in issues Mr. Hanson has addressed with Snowbird. It will be necessary for Snowbird to replace pipes in this area next summer.

11. Mr. Hanson reviewed the preliminary 2010 Service Area budget with the board of trustees.

There being no further business to be discussed the work session meeting closed at 12:15 p.m.

At 12:16 p.m. Mr. Hanson proceeded into a closed meeting with the Board of Trustees.
