ANNUAL WORK SESSION-MEETING SCHEDULE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, annual work session meeting schedule of the Board of Trustees of Salt Lake County Service Area No. 3 -Snowbird, Salt Lake County, Utah is as follows:
TRUSTEE WORK SESSION MEETINGS shall be held once per month on the second Friday of each month with the exception of the December meeting and shall commence at the hour of 11:30 A.M. in the Fork Lift Restaurant, which is located at the Snowbird Resort, Snowbird Center, 3rd Level, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Salt Lake County, Utah.
The exact dates are as follows:
Friday, January 15, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, February 12, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, March 12, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, April 16, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, May 14, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, June 11, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, July 16, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, August 13, 11:30.A.M.
Friday, September 17, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, October 15, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, November 12, 11:30 A.M.
Friday, December 10, 11:30 A.M.
Notice is further given that all meetings of the Board of Trustees of said Service Area No. 3 are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-4 and 52-4-5, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended.
A written agenda of each open meeting of the Board will be posted not less than 24 hours before each meeting on the bulletin board in the Service Area Fire Station/Community Center and at other areas within the Service Area, Snowbird, Utah.
When emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may require it, the Board of Trustees may hold additional meetings from those regularly scheduled. In such cases, the best practicable notice will be given of the date, time and place of such meetings.
