CANCELLATION OF SALT LAKE COUNTY SERVICE AREA #3
TRUSTEE ELECTION
In accordance with the Utah Election Code, 20-A-1-206-section (C), a
municipal legislative body may cancel a local election if each municipal officer
candidate, including any eligible write-in candidates under Section 20A-9-601, in each district is unopposed.
Salt Lake County Service Area #3, adopted Resolution-2011-2, a resolution canceling the Salt Lake County Service Area trustee election on November 8th, 2011, and certifies that each municipal officer candidate is unopposed and is considered to be elected to office on January 1st, 2012.
