The work session meeting commenced at 12:00 p.m. Mr. Hanson provided the attending trustees with the following items for discussion.

Trustees were given copies of the June 12^th, 2009 work session meeting minutes and the June 16^th, 2009 board meeting minutes.

1. The clerk updated the Board on election proceedings law revisions, which included: Postings, candidacy applications, write-in requirements and public notifications.

2. Mr. Hanson addressed several issues pertaining to our recent "Risk Management Assessment", conducted by Utah Local Governments Trust.

3. Mr. Hanson has contacted Utah Local Governments Trust, regarding property evaluation errors on reports for the Service Area’s property insurance.

4. Cottonwood Improvement District has completed their work on inspection of sections of the sewer line. Mr. Hanson has a cd available for anyone interested in viewing.

5. Snowbird is currently working on the re-vegetation project in front of the Cliff Lodge.

6. Mr. Hanson discussed Peruvian source outdoor confined space issues.

7. Mr. Hanson updated the board on the Town of Alta antimony plant.

8. Mr. Hanson, Mr. McIntosh and Ms. Hunsaker will be attending the Northern- RWAU Conference in Layton the latter part of August. Ms. Hunsaker will test again for water treatment grade IV.

9. Mr. Hanson will be conducting tours for the American Water Resource Convention, which was set up with Mr. Hanson through Salt Lake City Water Corp.

10. Mr. Hanson discussed an upcoming ground water coliform rule.

11. Our summer work crew is working out very well.

12. Policies and Procedures will be addressed, once it slows down. Mark Anderson is near completion of this manual and will be discussing revisions with Mr. Hanson. Most importantly the Service Area remains in compliance.

13. Mr. Hanson mentioned that the fireman have been busy with several calls on the Specialized Tour group, staying at Snowbird.

14. The 2008 Consumer Confidence Report has been sent to all of our water customers. Mr. Hanson added an important paragraph to this report regarding answers to our customers regarding our rate structure, compared to other entities.

There being no further business to be discussed the work session meeting closed at 12:45 p.m.
